Kyle Cartwright

Kyle Cartwright has worked in the real estate profession in Houston, Texas for over 20 years, in both the residential and commercial markets. He is licensed in the state of Texas and holds the ACP (Accredited Commercial Practitioner) certification. His engineering background also enables him to provide the detailed attention and scrutiny that a real estate transaction requires.

During the last 6 years, Kyle’s primary focus has been commercial real estate, where he has helped clients sell and purchase commercial properties.  His commercial services entail listings, leases and purchases for retail, industrial, and special purpose properties, such as gas stations, car repair shops, tire shops and places of worship in Houston and the surrounding areas.  Kyle is also an expert resource for residential sellers and buyers, specializing in all facets of new home sales and resales. 


Kyle is very proactive and adept at navigating real estate transactions and satisfying all parties involved. Clients rely on his vast knowledge and understanding of the real estate process to achieve their unique goals. He is always well-prepared, focused, persistent and determined to succeed, not to mention fully invested in and dedicated to his client’s needs to ensure that they are met. Originally from Louisiana, Kyle received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Grambling State University. He also served his country in the United States Army for six years, then worked in the oil and gas industry as a Civil/Structural Design Supervisor for 35 years.


Kyle currently lives in Needville with his wife of 36+ years. Prior to that they resided in the Missouri City and Sugar Land suburbs of Houston. Kyle enjoys fishing, hunting and spending time with family.
